Terms of Use

• Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

• If you choose to subscribe weekly subscription - $9.99 per month or 79.99 per year:

  • Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
  • You will be able to send an unlimited number of faxes during the subscription period.

• If you choose to one time purchase $0.99:

  • Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • You will be able to send one fax.

• The service provides the ability to send faxes to the following countries: Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bermuda, Brunei, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Isle of Man, Israel, Jersey, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uzbekistan.

• Due to the technical subtleties of the fax protocol, the service cannot guarantee fax delivery to the addressee.

• User is given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on any Apple-branded Products as permitted by the Usage Rules and the App Store Terms of Service, except if the Application can be accessed by other accounts associated with the user via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

• User may not share or make the Application available to third parties (unless allowed by the Apple Terms and Conditions, and with the Company's prior written consent), sell, rent, lend, lease, or redistribute the Application.

• User may not use the Application for spamming, copyright infringement, illegal using or collecting data.

• The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing. Nothing in this license should be interpreted to restrict third-party terms. When using the Application, the user must comply with applicable third-party terms and conditions.
